Training on using AV and IT equipment

If you are planning to use a centrally supported teaching space and are unfamiliar with the technology, Learning Spaces Technology can provide training for you.

Audio Visual (AV) Training covers:

  • Switching on the kit
  • Lecture Capture & Camera Control
  • Lecturn PC & Document Cameras
  • Interactive Screens
  • Microphone and audio control
  • Your own laptop or mobile device (please feel free to bring your own device along)
  • How to access further help

Chalkboard Recording Training covers:

  • Switching on the kit
  • Ad Hoc vs Scheduled Lecture Capture
  • Default Camera Positions
  • Camera Control during Lecture Recording
  • Microphone and audio control
  • Capturing written material with other devices
  • How to access further help

We also provide bespoke training upon request for individuals or groups including enhanced training for School IT and Learning Technology staff.
